Chocolate Stout at the Tugboat Brewery

Recently I was visiting family in Portland and had the most amazing chocolate stout, which was a guest stout on tap.

First, does anyone know who makes it?

Second, has anyone tried to clone this amazing brew?

Update: It is the Off the Rail Brewing Co. Chocolate Stout. Anyone try to clone this? Any help is appreciated.
