One final thought... I brewed JZ's Blonde Ale and it really hit the mark with my wife and other Miller lite drinkers... If that doesn't work.. You can always try a lager.

Ok, I've been around this forum for a while, and maybe I should be on the short bus with the turtle lickers, but I still haven't figured out what SWMBO stands for. A little help?

If I do a google search for Rumpole of the Old Bailey at work, will I get myself fired? That sounds like a dangerous google...

Something I was thinking about doing, and if you use this idea all I ask is that you tell me how it turned out! (Of course you can send me a bottle and i won't complain)

I wanted to make a wheat beer, or even Paulaner style hefeweizen clone and add some either lemon, or orange zest to the beer (most likely into secondary).

What do you think about that? Just an idea...
Ideating - Kolsch, Hefeweizen, Raspberry Wheat
Primary - Chocolate Stout 1.5
Secondary - None.
Bottles - Pirate's Gold Ale, Northwestern Honey Amber Ale
