IPA Hops

I'd hold off from the crystal too. Any chance you could get your hands on a few more hops? I could see you using all 6 ozs in the kettle/whirlpool.... but you'll definitely want some dry hops.

Pick up 2 ounces of Columbus. Bitter with one & dry hop with one.

my personal thought, i would throw a hop bill something like this:
(1 oz each)
60 min-Centennial
40 min-Cascade
30 min-Centennial
20 min-Amarillo
10 min-Cascade
5 min or WP/flameout-Amarillo

or hold either one of them out and dry hop with an oz later
