Cool, thanks Bigbrews!

My friend popped in tonight to see if I could help him retrieve his motorcycle that broke down. On the way out to get it I asked him about the hops. He said Summit for bittering, Amarillo and Centennial for flavor and aroma. He gave me a case of Total Domination for helping him out.

I've only been living in California for (almost) a year, but I went to school at the University of Oregon in Eugene, which is why I love the Ninkasi. I would probably still be living in Oregon if there were any jobs for young architects in Portland when I graduated, I really love Oregon, even with that whole 8 months of treading water in the winter (which is why those webbed duck feet come in so handy).

I agree - grew up in Eugene, but wanted to be an Engineer, so OSU was the obvious choice. Being in Chicago for 7 years made me want to get the family back to Oregon, better to raise kids here. Loved Chicago though, the town, not the burbs......
