We use Pale and a small percentage of Caramel 40 for a brew of at least 8% abv. Hops are Columbus, Centennial, Cascades, and Amarillos.....and use a lot! It tested out at 85 IBU with 3 hop additions.

ok, thanks. I have three full kegs, two in the primary and all the ingredients for my next 5 batches anyways, so I'm not gonna attempt it anytime soon. gives me more time to formulate.
