I wouldn't dry hop a fruit beer, but you can dry hop a lambic. I believe the Cantillon Iris is dry hopped, and it's delicious. I believe they use Hallertauer hops.

If you really want to make a good lambic, I would recommend reading "Wild Brews" first.

wild brews is on my list of books to read so i'll probably pick it up next time i make an order. and i love Cantillon Iris. that the kind of dry hopping i was thinking about. i think everyone thought i was gonna hop the hell out of it or something. i think something something nice and suttle like that would be very pleasing.
