I didn't because I'm using extract. I assumed that the water used by Bries to make the extract had enough minerals in it. I want to brew it again except aerate with an oxygen bottle and diffusion stone and see what happens. The gravity only made it to 1.017. I'm hoping the extra oxygen will bring it down further next time around.

1017 is good attenuation especially with extract. You never know what they mashed so your final gravity can vary a bit.
