Well it is on the kegs now after a few days of cold crashing. Tasted some while it was cold. Man this is a beast of a beer. Needs some more time cold conditioning but its gonna be wonderful this fall and winter

Its aging in Kegs right now. I am gonna bring some to a meeting sometime. My plan is to bring a gallon in my small keg, but have that gallon dry hopped in the keg too. Might as well make it even more hoppy!

So when you age beer in a keg, do you carbonate it, or just age as if it were a Carboy?

Aging it on a few psi of co2. Its in cold storage at 45 deg.
