just out of curiosity, how much did you use and when. And how'd it turn out?

My brewing partner and I just made a Rye Bock for NHC and used 1/2 an ounce of racked green pepper at five minutes.

Well, since I bought the book, I've only brewed about 6 beers, 3 of which came from the book. But I've used the book as reference when creating my own recipes on the other 3. I guess I need to brew more!!!!

2 tablespoons at flameout. it turned out great after sitting for a bit. 2 weeks in, it burned my throat. after sitting for a month, it was much better. nicely balanced.

tasty, only four. i guess when you have your own recipe in the book, it means you don't need the book to brew great beer. i need the book.

None so far - but have bought 5 copies (given away a few) . One by the bed and another out in the brew area.

Can't wait to try my first recipe.
