"Non-Standard" IPA's

Fri Jul 27, 2012 2:44 pm

Im about out of IPA so I suppose its time to brew one up. I love to get ultra creative with the style so im currently working on a recipe. I want to use lemon peel, lemongrass, & spelt in this one in conjunction with Super Alpha and Chinook hops....I'll post the recipe when its done if anybody is interested.

Why did I suddenly get the original beer nerd commercial from the early years of the BN stuck in my head?

Definitely let us know what you tried & the results!

While I do like SA, I also get a dill character that may be a bit distracting. Some of that may be a function of the large amount that I used, and that it was single hopped with it.
