Spiced Scottish 70?

Wed Oct 10, 2007 11:27 am

Ok, yes I am trying to do a pumpkin spice beer, but I am adding premade spices after I make the beer using Jamil's sampling method and not mucking around with pumpkins.

My question is: What does anyone think about me using a Jamil's Scottish 70 Schilling as the base? I would think the maltyness would be a good base to support the spices.

Thanks.
