i was thinking about substituting the cara crystal for maybe special B, in order to get more mouthfeel. Generel critique has been leaning towards that as the major problem. I tend to agree, it feels "watery" but does taste great..
thoughts?

Maybe try raising the mash temp a few degrees to make the wort more dextrinous?
