How do you "dry nib?"

Mon Aug 15, 2011 10:44 pm

Hey BN Army,

I am re-brewing a variation on JP’s oak aged oatmeal stout. This time I actually have cacao nibs. Part of the reason I deviated from the original recipe was that I didn’t have any. Anyway, how do you dry nib a beer? Do you soak the nibs in vodka overnight then add them after primary has finished?

Thanks
