all good advice and here is my 2 cents...keep the ibu's but i would switch out your 10 minute chinook with a low cohumulone hop like amarillo or simcoe...the bu:gu ratio is something to keep in mind but not all hops are created equal. you get all the aroma and flavor without the bite. you could also add a dry hop addition to really make the nose pop. just my opinion. remember, relax, don't worry, have a homebrew! i'm also a huge fan of 007. great yeast just don't let it get too warm.

Seriously, thank you for all the replies everybody... I'm gonna do a few little tweaks based on the info here and brew this guy up Sunday hopefully.
