Fri Apr 30, 2010 7:06 pm

So im going to try to approximate this beer. Does anyone have any advice on brewing an english ipa like this. I was able to glean some info from the brewery website and a uk homebrew website or two. Oh, the yeast i was going to use was wyeast 1028, i forgot to put that in the recipe. This is what I have come up with so far, its still a work in proress. Any thoughts?[/i]
