I can confirm on the 1762 yeast strain. I did a Hop lava clone on my own guessing what yeast strain they used just based off the profile. Its not that hard to guess with a strain like that one. I came really close cloning the hop lava, but there was a major flaw. I fermented the beer to hot, this yeast strain puts off some nasty dominate flavors that you do not want if you ferment higher. i forget at what temp i fermented it at but if I were you I would make a bigger started then normal and pitch/ferment around 63º. I know it seems low but trust me you do not want to off flavors of this yeast strain it will ruin your beer.

Let me know how your clone comes out. If you are near Hood River I would not mind trying it!
