Its quite nice, I have only tasted a hydro sample,. and I suspect its at about 1008 now, so dry as buggery. will keg and drink soon and report.

I see that you went with 1/2 oz. Thai Basil blossoms -- how'd it turn out? Go with more or less Basil if you had to do it again?

Which yeast is the Unibrou? Better to use that, or to try to culture The Bruery's yeast from a bottle of Orchard Wit?
