I mixed up the extract (SF50) from MoreBeer using their recipe which included 3 #'s Honey and 2 #'s Sugar plus 4oz of Maltodextrin. I kegged and force carbonated, but the carbonation never took too well. I bumped up the pressure to about 30 but it will not keep a head more than 15 seconds then it disappears. I like the taste, but minimal carbonation. Anyone else have this problem?
