Hint of Orange

Thu Feb 14, 2008 4:46 pm

Ive recently brewed a beer called rocky raccoon honey ale. Just bottled it and tasted it for the first time. I think that a slight hint of orange flavor would set the beer off perfectly. I want to brew the same batch again this week. Now I am new at brewing so I'm not sure that it can be done. But when and what would I do to get some orange flavor in this beer for the next time I brew it. PLEASE HELP

Add some orange zest. You may also want to use orange blossom honey if your recipe calls for honey.

Remember, a little coriander goes a LONG way. Be gentle with it.
