I remember hearing/reading that there's a diagram out there that groups different hop varieties by their characteristics and similarities, allowing for educated hop substitutions.
In these days of scarcity, does any one know where to find the diagram?

Oops, pulled a Justin. That diagram is in a book sitting right at my elbow as I typed that question. It's in Jamil's Brewing Classic Styles, p 20.
