Anybody know where you can buy a whole palette of grain in socal. I have not checked with B3 yet .

That is a lot of grain man, I would check with a brewery or brewpub.

I think a pallet is 40, 50-55lb bags.

The local club here has a deal worked out with the local brewery. The brewery adds the club's order to their order and the club just pays the brewery for it when it comes in. Saves everyone money in the end.

How much grain can you get on one of those small boards usually used for paint. Pallets hold a whole lot more!

My asshat comment aside ... BrewBum's idea is probably the best if you've got a local. How "so" in "socal"? I'd check with Peter at AleSmith. He's pretty homebrew friendly.

I work 5 min from Stone. I never thought about asking a brewery. I have some guys that would go in on a PALLET together to save some cash. I wish I could go through a pallet myself in reasonable time.
