flaked wheat

I am looking for good uses for Flaked wheat, I understand that English brewers use it in almost all their beers for head retention and mouth feel, and can you use it in place of malted wheat or to just help head retention and mouth feel and aroma in wheat beers

you could use it in Wit but not Hef.
Anything that uses unmalted wheat you could use it.
It will cause haze if used in much quantity or if used incorrectly

i use it in any beer i'm looking to lighten the color or body. one pound can be added to the mash without noticing any haze issues, at least for me. like bub said, a wit with 50% flaked wheat will probably throw a haze.
