Crushed Grain in Fridge?

Fri Aug 24, 2007 5:38 pm

Quickie I know I could look up: Just got some crushed grain in mail from NB. Brewing in about a week. Should I store in fridge, freezer or jus tin basement? Basement hovers around 72* F. -- Thanks.

If it was me I would store at basement temp no need to get the extra moisture in the fridge involved.

Henning is right. The humidity in your fridge will run about 75-80%. Dry and cool is much better than cold and wet.
