2005 Hop harvest is here! Freshops put up their new price list today:

I'm looking forward to trying Simcoe, I've not brewed with it yet.. Tasting the IPAX at Triple Rock inspired me to seek that one out.

There are lots of places for variety information.. I like this list of variety descriptions:

oops, that first post was mine. forgot to login on the home comp. before i posted.

so, now that the 2005 harvest is on its way, i'm thinking about storage. i've always stored hops in the refrigerator. what do you do? i've been reading a lot more recently about folks keeping them in the freezer..

I keep them in the freezer. Vacuum bags if you can. I use ziplock freezer bags. Seems to work well.
