Where to send water for analysis?

I know some lab has been mentioned here, but I can't remember it. Where should I send my water to be tested?

Get test W-5 "Complete Household Mineral" test for $24. If you are not worried about iron or flouride, then get W-6 "Household Mineral Test" for $15.
