Fruit Beer Follow-up??

Wed Mar 14, 2007 2:42 pm

So I'm making a raspberry wheat and used the Oregon Fruit puree which has been in my secondary corny for a week.
I haven't made a fruit beer before using a corny for secondary.
Trying to get a sample from it just ended up with a glass full of pulp.
I was planning to transfer to a serving keg when it was finished, but now I'm wondering the best way to do it.
In the past I've just pushed it to the next keg with CO2, however, I don't want all the raspbeery pulp to come with it.
Should I just use a racking can and gravity feed it into the serving keg or is there a better solution?
Thanks,

Rob
