Agave

When would be the best time to add agave? It consists of 90% fructosan (a complex form of fructose or fruit sugars) and 10% glucose. I have made a brew with it before and added it for the full boil you could barely notice it and only if you were really looking for it. I was thinking this time at the end of the boil or maybe straight to the primary.

Thanks

I would add it either in primary after fermentation is complete or in secondary. You will see the most flavor and aroma impact if you add it last thing in the process.

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.
