1 oz. Mt. Hood (Pellets, 4.2 %AA) boiled 60 min.
1 oz. Mt. Hood (Pellets, 4.2 %AA) boiled 30 min.
1 oz. Liberty (Pellets, 3.6 %AA) boiled 1 min.
1 oz. Mt. Hood (Pellets, 4.2 %AA) boiled 1 min.

Not that I mind it, in fact it tastes great, but I was expecting spicyness and got grapefruit and spicyness. Which hop did the grapefruit come from?

Well, I tried Wyeast 2565, but after little swelling of the pouch and no noticeable fermentation after 12 hours, in went a Nottingham yeast cake. The hops used in the previous batch that was on the yeast cake were all Liberty.
The grain bill was:
5.25 lbs. White Wheat Malt info
4 lbs. Maris Otter Pale info

All times are UTC - 8 hours
