There are so many new hops that I can't keep up. I went there to get some Amarillo, and found some other interesting-looking hops. Has anyone tried Zythos, El Dorado, or Calypso? Does anyone have a recommendations? I can only brew about once every 3-4 weeks so I have to get it right. Also, does Meridian taste like Motueka?
