Galaxy better alone or paired?

11 Gallon batch of pale ale planned. I'd like for it to feature Galaxy but I'm not sure if I want to go single hop or pair it. It will be split into 2 five gallon kegs and I plan on dry hopping them differently. I've got Summit, Simcoe, Citra, Pilgrim, Saaz, Centennial, Willamette, Stella, Summer, and Chinook to work with.

Thanks Networks

Oh, the grain bill will be 85% 2row, 10% vienna, 11% love, 19% magic, and 5% c40

I brewed today. I went with a Galaxy/Summit combo. It should be one dank fruit-filled pale when it's done.

I'd leave out the 19% magic & replace it with :nutters:

Shit, I already brewed it. I guess I can add the :nutters: when kegging.
