Weyermann Abbey Malt

Thu Aug 30, 2012 11:38 pm

Anyone use this? The LHBS carrys it and I was wondering if it would be good in a pseudo "Belgian blonde"

10# Belgian pale
2 # Abbey Malt

I will find the single bittering hop addition once I get the grain bill down. I am thinking one of the wyeast abbey strains. I just want a nice easy drinking house beer.

Maybe a little dark for a blond, but still you can't go wrong with simple recipes. What lovibond is the abbey malt?
