Suggestions for Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka Hops

I've got some 2012 Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops in the mail. I've had a few beers that use Nelson Sauvin, but I haven't had the others. I'm thinking a crazy hoppy IPA is in order, but I'm looking to see if anyone has suggestions for hop combinations? I also have Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus in the freezer, if any of those would be a good fit

I made a very tasty APA using equal parts Nelson Sauvin and Citra, both at bittering and late.

Galaxy is great on its own in hoppy ales. Or accompanied with other aromatic hops.

Just finished my 2nd to last bottle of an all sauvin IPA. I personally think it is a great dual pourpose hop due to the high(ish) alpha acids and brilliant aroma when used as a dry hop.
might try the same recipe with the Galaxy and Wakatu then see what happens from there.

It took my wife and I just short of 2 weeks to finish a Nelson/Citra pale ale I made. It may have been one of my favorite beers to date. I've got a Galaxy/Nelson pale kegged right now that has me smelling it more than drinking and would be great if I hadn't gone so nuts with the brewing salts. I dry hopped my Galaxy/Nelson with Galaxy and Centennial.

thats brilliant, suppose the benefit of living in the southern hemisphere is australian and New Zealand hops are dirt cheap and fresh as hell.

For the first round, I ended up going with a Citra, Nelson and Centennial IPA. I split a 10 gallon batch - half with Cal Ale and half with Dry English (007). They're both pretty good, but I definitely like the Cal Ale version better. The hop flavor shines through much more without the English yeast esters. The 007 version doesn't have many distinct flavors. There's a lot going on, but it's kind of muddy.

I also have Simcoe/Galaxy/Centennial and Nelson/Riwaka/Centennial batches planned. Single hop recipes are good, but I'm trying to go more toward blends, to allow for some flexibility in hops year to year (flavor and availability).

This all sounds great, I just brewed up an all New Zealand IPA using Pacifica, Pacific Gem, Motueka, and Nelson. I bittered with Nelson and Pacifica and flavored and Aroma hopped with Motueka and Pacific Gem. I plan on Dry hopping with Motueka and Nelson. So far it smells awesome and the wort tasted pretty good going into the fermenter.
