PTE B3 kit Dry HOP

Ok , i just got my birthday gifts, and my wonderful woman got me lots from B3.
On top of a new bottle tree ( ran over my last one) a $200 B3 gift card, about 3 pounds of cascade, and magnum, and 50 pounds of 2 row, she got me the Pliny the Elder kit.
So my question is 1. yeast wlp001?
And 2. dry hop ( what ammounts? how long?)
Anything will help, thanks guys

The recommended yeast is WLP001. The dry hopping schedule (based on the extract kit I made in 2006) is 3.25 oz Columbus, 2 oz Centennial and 1.75 Simcoe. Probably dry hop 3-7 days, tasting/smelling as you go.
