chocolate

im gonna brew an imperial stout i want to add some chocolate flavoring

want can i use chocolate syrup or powder ?

how much do i add ?

and when do i add it during the boil or in second fermentation?

let me know what u think or what you have done in the pass

I like nibs in the fermenter (post-fermentation). Toss in 2-4 oz (per 5 gallons), after 4 days taste every day and package when you get the chocolate you want out of it.
