how long will yeast starter last?

If i made a yeast starter on saturday how long will it last in the fridge?

It depends. Did you mix it up Saturday and it's still fermenting? When did it go in the fridge, if not? IF you are going to put starters in the fridge, you typically want to let them ferment to completion before chilling and dropping the yeast. I wouldn't want to keep one much more than a week or so, after that if you want to use the yeast, I'd probably rinse to separate, pull the good yeast and do another starter with them to ensure viability and health.

it has stopped fermenting and i put it in the fridge today and i was going to use it on sunday, it should be ok right?

You probably will be fine...

Other questions that may allow me or others to provide additional input:
What yeast strain are you using?
What producer?
What was the best by or production date?
What was your starter gravity?
Size of the starter?
