Any use this new cultivar yet? Supposed to be an off-shoot from tettnang. Also is the worlds first truely seedless variety. Alpha acids at about 6.5. Picked up 4oz. today. I'll figure out what to use them in later.

I have a Santiam plant in my yard. It produces like crazy and gives hops with a good noble profile. So far, I've only used them in Belgain beers, so it's hard to say what flavors are from hops and what are from yeast.
