Hi guys,
A friend of mine recently gave me a whole bunch of nice fresh Saaz hop pellets. I was wondering if anyone could give me a few suggestions about recipes that would work well using this type of hop.
I know that the obvious answer is a Czech Pilsner, but I dont have the equipment to do lagers.
What else can I use these puppies in? I have heaps of them and I dont want them to go to waste and just get old and nasty.
I thought that they might work reasonably well in a Hefe, a little bit of pepper and spice to go with the cloves and bannanas doesn't sound bad. Or a maybe just brew some pale ale type thingies using saaz at all stages?
