Thanks! I thought Gwinnett Water was going to send me an analysis, but no luck so far. If you don't mind me asking, who did you get to do the analysis and how much did it cost?

Unfortunately, most counties now only report what is required by law, which isn't anything much that brewers care about.

I sent a water sample to Ward Labs following their directions, I think it was about $25 and only took 3 days to get the results. Given Georgia's soft water there shouldn't be too much difference from various metro Atlanta counties.
