Obviously I won't be able to tell how will this beer taste to someone else exactly but approximate flavor profile sure thing. And how am I reading it incorrectly? Maybe you can attach ur PhD in Chemistry certificate? Oh wait .. You don't have one.
The point is it's all chemistry on very complex level and I understand that brewer with years of experience will define hop profile better then any chemist that never brewed in his life. The problem is that I don't have any experience so I'm just relying on chemistry for now.

No offense and I am not trying to be a jerk, but you are not really helping your argument.....

Especially when you are arguing with Chris Kennedy, who is a PROFESSIONAL brewer.

That's what I'm saying.
I don't have experience that's why im relying on chemistry

No offence to brewer. But honestly I didn't like any of Heretic brewery beers. So even though he is a professional it's all about personal taste.

Sure, it is personal taste. But you specifically said that Apollo is strictly for bittering just because of certain chemical numbers that you read on a spec sheet, but you haven't even brewed with them. That is bad general advice. I like Apollo late, but dont like Summit. I like Cascade late but dont like Centennial. I like Simcoe but dont like Chinook.

The numbers are a poor metric for how you should use hops, even as a substitute for a lack of experience with them. Simply experimenting with them is the only way you will be able to know if they are right for you and your personal tastes.

Sometimes experience is more valuable than information from a text book....

Unfortunately I don't have an opportunity to experiment with every single hop out there.

Neither do I, I just happen to have experience with the hops involved in this discussion. If knowledge from a book was the be all to end all there would be no such things as internships or medical rotations, etc. If you don't have experience with something, maybe you shouldn't be giving advice that they are not good hops to be use as an aroma or flavor hop? Just some friendly advice. I like cascade, don't get me wrong. But, the AA% and myrcene content doesn't always mean it is the greatest hop in the world. As Chris said, brewing is a lot about personal experience and prefernce. Your preference apparently are cascades and noble hops. Mine are not. To each their own.
