It was a 10 gallon batch. The basic recipe came from the Jamil show on witbier, hosted by Dr. Scott.

I brewed that wit and it turned out pretty good although I didn't agree with Doc's sentiment that the more citrus the better. I used the Abbey II and thought that was pretty interesting. I've come to the conclusion that a 10 gallon batch fits my tastes arround 1.5 to 2 ounces of zest per 5 gallons. My problem has always been nailing the Corriander addition. Less is better.
