Saving and or cultering my yeast.

Wed Aug 29, 2007 10:58 am

My sanitation has been very good for 2+ years and I am starting to think of moving to more advanced yeast usage.

To preface this, all I have ever done is some starters, but I think that it would be allot of fun to reuse yeast in a batch.

Are there any sites out there with good tips? Or do any of you have any good tips on this. I have listened to each archive on the subject but nothing beats written word on the subject and advice from others.
