Suggestions for Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka Hops

where did you get the riwaka hops? According to the book "For the Love of Hops," riwaka has been removed from the export list in order to meet current demand.

This all sounds great, I just brewed up an all New Zealand IPA using Pacifica, Pacific Gem, Motueka, and Nelson. I bittered with Nelson and Pacifica and flavored and Aroma hopped with Motueka and Pacific Gem. I plan on Dry hopping with Motueka and Nelson. So far it smells awesome and the wort tasted pretty good going into the fermenter.

Love the name 'Hobbit Sauce' by the way
