I really want to play with some of the new/less used hops that are available... Ahtanum, Motueka, etc... Lots of German and English hops we've gotten in recently that I know nothing about.

I did put a half oz of Motueka in the keg of a belgian pale ale recently. Started as a slight lime note, then went to grape/passion fruit after a little age. I liked it in that beer. I just did that again in the same beer, different keg, but this time added a half oz of Citra too. It's been a week and I'm still waiting to see how they will blend.
