As I'm sure you've noticed there isn't any Simcoe or Citra to be found this year. When there is, it's typically in very small increments. This is due to an industrywide shortage and extremely high demand. Though you are in luck. I spend night and day scouring the earth for the hops you want and that others don't have. Because of this and the kindness of several breweries we were able to secure a small amount of Simcoe and Citra (from 2011, the freshest crop), and tomorrow morning (Saturday, 2/25) at 10AM MST we will be offering it in full pounds as well as 2oz packs. We expect our supply to last several hours.
Because I know you have plenty of spam in your email already we will not be sending out a reminder when the hops go live.
