Spice Scale up??

Wed Dec 14, 2011 12:47 pm

Hi All-

If I am going to go from 10 gallons to 7 barrels are the spices a direct scale up or need to be adjusted. I know it may not be exact and would rather be under slightly.

I would go on the lighter side. You could always add more later. Soak spices in vodka and add to taste.
Good Luck! :aaron

Thanks for the input. Anyone else have some advise or have done a large size scale up. Your advise on the results would be great.
