Yeast at UPS all weekend

Tue May 31, 2011 8:19 am

I pulled the trigger on a recipe last Thursday not taking into consideration the long weekend. Anyways, two vials of White Labs have had a weekend at UPS next to an ice pack. Probably a water pack by now. I got two to pitch without making a starter cause I'm lazy. What do you guys think?

With that in mind, I would definitely make a starter now, make sure those little yeasties aren't dead!!!!
