I looked at the numbers, for some reason all the report's I was told was the Chloride was higher than the Sulfate making the water profile more malty, which would balance out the high IBU's of the Alt. Let me know if I'm reading these number's wrong.

you are reading it correctly.this profile has a higher sulfate level.
On Deck: Bier de Garde, Northern German Pils
In Fermenters: Homegrown Pale Ale
in keg: Octoberweizen, Dusseldorf Alt

Just redid my water profile with bru'n water what do you guys think? Was as close as I could get it with my water
