Why not try and get into the clone kit business? Start with Jamil & Tasty's CYBI recipes and go from there.
Market it to brewer's who aren't comfortable with their recipe formulation skills and want to learn about what different ingredients can offer. Maybe for the extremely new brewers, offer a SMaSH selection of kits to let newer brewers experience a single type of hop and what characteristics they have. Simcoe SMaSH, Amarillo SMaSH, Cascade, etc.

Best of luck!

Thanks for the idea, I may hit up JZ and Tasty to see what they'd think. I know they're not copywritten though I'd still like to follow the Brewers Code (I'm sure they'd be fine with it). I'm actually working on some ways to bring in base malts to see how they'd sell. So many other people do such a great job of it, though I may sell bags of 2row to folks who don't have a LHBS, and some ingredients as well. I may sell it down to the recipe as well. I've got quite a few ideas rolling around I finally have the TIME to work on them which is great. One idea is to offer up spots in a short term investment that would allow me to get some more products in, and once said products sell I'd pay everybody back plus a percentage of the profit to help get going.

I wonder if this guy http://www.xtremebrewing.com/store/xtremekits.html followed Brewers Code. . .

You might also check with Justin. You probably wouldn't want to use Brewing Network or CYBI in the names.

From a feasibility standpoint it would also be very difficult to stock every type of grain they use in these, but definitely an idea to kick around. In order to stock any grain at a price I feel I could sell it at a fair price and profit is on a full pallet, so I'm thinking base malts for those without a shop they like, etc.

Obviously you wouldn't want to start using names, etc without written permission. Brewer's code won't stand up in a court of law.
