Acid Malt

Does Acid malt go by another name? I was trying to get some for Doc's wit recipe.

Northern Brewer has "Wyerman Acidulated Malt", and it says it's used to lower Mash and Wort PH, so I'm pretty sure it's the same.

I can't find it on B3.

I've heard it called "sauer malt"
