I am a bit process-driven at times and hate to have to think too hard about anything. If I can make it into a simple checklist process...then I am good to go. This week drove me back to bottling for a family reunion. Managed to bottle 2+ 64 oz growlers, 38 22 oz bombers and 23 12 oz bottles for competition. THEN, I had enough time to brew an Oktoberfest for a party in September.

I have to say that some of my new Blichmann equipment helped. I bought a BeerGun for the bottle-ganza and recently received an AutoSparge as a gift.
